Robert "Rockey" Anthony Harper Sr. passed away while traveling back from Tennessee to the Inland Empire, leaving a legacy of compassion and dedication in the communities he served.
For over 40 years, he committed his life to helping others as a drug and alcohol counselor, beginning at Cedar House Rehabilitation in Bloomington, California, where he eventually became a board member.
He also worked with IVRS in Upland, Michaels House in Tustin, and the Social Work Action Group in Lake Elsinore, including outreach with the Downtown San Bernardino Street Team and Northern San Diego County communities.
Family and friends remember him as a devoted father and a mentor who touched countless lives.
