Clinton Benge, Devoted Father and Husband, Passes Away After Long Battle with Cancer in Ohio
Clinton Benge, a cherished father and husband, passed away after a courageous seven-year fight against stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer.
He passed away while seeking medical treatment out of state in Ohio, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family.
Clinton was a pillar of strength for his family and community, especially his wife Therese, with whom he shared nearly 42 years of marriage. The couple had nine children and 29 grandchildren, with their youngest son, Will, who was born with Down Syndrome.
A parishioner of Mater Dei Church in Irving, Texas, Clinton was deeply loved by his church family and was known for his kindness and unwavering faith.
A fundraising campaign has been set up to help bring Clinton's body back to Texas for burial, where he will be laid to rest among loved ones and friends.
The family is grateful for the support they have received during Clinton’s battle with cancer and humbly asks for continued help with funeral expenses.
